By submitting your business details or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

MapBoost PH provides professional assistance to create, optimize, and assist in the verification of Google Business Profiles. Our service package includes setting up categories, service areas, descriptions, photo uploads, contact details, and local SEO optimization to help your business appear on Google Maps and Google Search.

2. The “No Verification, No Payment” Policy

We operate under a strictly performance-based, risk-free model:

  • Zero Upfront Cost: We do not collect any payment or deposit before starting your setup.

  • Payment Trigger: You only pay our agreed service fee after your business listing has been officially verified by Google and is publicly visible/searchable on Google Maps and Google Search.

  • No Success, No Fee: If Google ultimately denies the verification of your profile despite all optimization efforts, you owe us absolutely nothing.

3. Payment Terms

  • Once your listing is live and verified on Google Maps, MapBoost PH will issue an invoice or payment request.

  • Payment must be settled within  3 to 5 business days from the date the invoice is issued.

  • We accept payments via e.g., GCash, Maribank, Bank Transfer.

4. Client Responsibilities & Representations

By working with us, you guarantee that:

  • You are the legitimate owner or authorized representative of the business being listed.

  • All information provided to us (Business Name, Address, Phone Number, Hours, etc.) is real, accurate, and completely truthful.

  • You will actively cooperate during the Google verification step (e.g., providing the code from a Google postcard, answering a verification phone call, or participating in a brief video verification if required by Google).

5. Third-Party Disclaimer (Google LLC)

  • Final Approval: You acknowledge and agree that MapBoost PH does not own Google Maps or Google Search. Google LLC retains absolute control over its verification algorithms, approval processes, and policies. We do not guarantee a specific verification timeline, as this depends entirely on Google.

  • Post-Verification Changes & Suspensions: MapBoost PH is responsible for the initial setup, optimization, and successful verification of your listing. We are not liable if Google later suspends, disables, or removes your listing due to subsequent changes you make to the profile, updates to Google’s terms of service, or algorithmic updates.

6. Intellectual Property

All original marketing copy, optimized descriptions, and custom-structured data created by MapBoost PH remain our intellectual property until the service fee is paid in full. Upon receipt of payment, ownership of the profile and its content transfers completely to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, MapBoost PH shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, revenue, or data) arising from the use of our services or any actions taken by Google regarding your listing.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
